Deanna comes to the FNHC with an extensive background in Education and Psychology, where she has specialized in literacy and numeracy programming. She holds both a BA & BEd. Degree in Educational Psychology, English and First Nations studies from the University of Northern BC. She has furthered her education receiving her Master of Education in Counselling, then followed through working as a Behavioural Analyst and Clinical Counselor for School District #27 in the Cariboo Chilcotin Region.

Deanna is passionate about her position here at FNHC, working towards creating awareness and educating the public about Jordan’s Principle while promoting equal access to services and products throughout the province.

Lise Rouleau, Lac La Biche.
Communications Liason-Northern Alberta Region

Lise Rouleau was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She has been living in Lac la Biche, Alberta for the last 7 years. During this time Lise has worked in Community Outreach, Communications and with Indigenous Communities.

Lise was raised in an entrepreneurial family with an educational background in Business, Human Resources, Public Relations and Communications.

She feels strongly about Community and the role that she will have in moving forward Partnerships and Collaboration, building and strengthening our community by bringing people and resources together to facilitate positive support. 

Heather Wolf EarHeather Wolf Ear
Youth Engagement Coordinator, Calgary.

Heather Wolf Ear is a proud member of the Siksika First Nations. She is currently going into her third year at the University of Calgary where she is working towards her BS in Accounting with a minor in Indigenous Studies. Prior to her employment she served four years in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Armoured Crewman. 

Her goal is to inspire First Nations youth through the power of education and hard work. Her disciplined and enthusiastic nature allows her to bring new perspectives to her day-to-day job.
